Owner and founder of Feminine Forms, breast cancer survivor, and boss lady.
Liesa enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends. With a super supportive husband, 4 wonderful sons, and 2 much-loved daughters-in-law, you'll often find Liesa spending time with family. Being grandma to her 3 little grandsons brings her pure joy. After living in many states all over the U.S., Liesa loves to travel and visit new places - especially if it involves hiking or visiting the beach. She loves meeting new people and making new friends and finds each person's story unique and fascinating.
A graduate from Brigham Young University with a degree in Finance and Business Management, Liesa has 10 years of experience in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry. She has been a Certified Mastectomy Fitter for 8 years and opened Feminine Forms in 2019.
Liesa started Feminine Forms so women would have a beautiful one-stop shop that provides personalized solutions at any stage of their breast cancer journey. She is a breast cancer survivor and it blesses her life to help other women experiencing these challenges to feel feminine, empowered, and whole.

Ruthann knows that it is the small things in life that make the world a better place - like good conversations with good people, a little bit of kindness and, of course, chocolate. She also loves running, cycling, cooking and finding fun healthy food to enjoy. Ruthann loves to connect with people and will take the time to chat with you.
After the death of her oldest son to cancer, Ruthann became the glue that held her family together - this is her most favorite accomplishment. Ruthann is married and has two sons and two grandchildren. Ruthann received her college degree from Brigham Young University at the age of 51.
Her cancer experience continued after she was diagnosed with breast cancer. After finding Feminine Forms as a customer, she joined our team and has been a certified mastectomy fitter since 2021.
With her own experience and her expertise and instinct as a fitter Ruthann is determined to help you find the perfect products for you! And she may just have some chocolate to share.

Loraine has grown up connected to the earth and enjoys the many different kinds of plants around her. She loves being outdoors, camping and riding her bike, but most of all she loves playing in the dirt!
She has been married to the love of her life for over 41 years, has 6 married children and 17 grandchildren and whenever they come to “Nana’s house”, they know they can find nourishment both in food and squishy hugs.
She is studying to be a clinical herbalist and enjoys helping her family with her knowledge. She ended up at Feminine Forms after her best friend Liesa finally hooked her into helping put the store together.
She loves her colleagues and the women she has met and made friends with as they have become regulars at Feminine Forms.
